| 服 务 方 式：
我们为您提供以下三种服务方式：
1：直接购买产品，我们为您免费提供技术咨询。
2：单次服务，我们派专业技术人员上门服务，并收取适当服务费。
3：承包合同，根据客户需要按季度或按年进行定期服务。
服务前签订服务协议，服务期不超过三个月的，需在协议签订时预付服务费总额。服务期三至六个月的，在季度初付清当季费用。服务期六个月至一年的，可在服务开始前预付总服务额的50%，六个月后预付总服务额的30%，余款服务期满后结清。
我们在不影响客户正常营业的情况下完成好我们的环境工作，切实贯彻高效、环保、安全、无污染的质保体系。
在跟进服务的形式上，采取专业技术人员随时监控，随时按客户的要求调整我们的工作方式，并向客户和各级部门呈报和拟写技术报告，做好客户资料的整理和收集、存储，实行微机管理。

第一步：为客户作专业的检查,向客户提供综合控制检查报告
First step：Make examination for customers and provide synthetic control &inspection report.
报告内容涉及Report includes：
(1) 发现的问题和方位。Problem Found and location
(2) 发生的原因。Reasons of such problem.
(3) 处理方法。Physical/chemical resolutions.
(4) 环境卫生参考意见。Environmental and health suggestions .
第二步：向客户提供“建议书”
Second step：Offer Synthetic Control Proposal.
协议内容包括 Agreement includes：
(1)发现存在的问题及我们的建议。Problems Found and our suggestions.
(2)处理方法。Control method.
(3)使用的化学品和器具，在中国登记的专业化学品，提供材料安全系数单据。

(4)服务的频率—如每月一次，每月两次—视实际情况和行业而定。

(5)服务质量保证。 Warranty of service quality.
(6)服务的价格：视实际严重程度，内外环境，行业，房屋结构等而定。

(7)付款条件。Method of payment.
第三步：双方签约后进行服务，服务时间配合并满足客户要求。

(1)每次服务结束后，当场提供服务清单。
Provide service record as soon as service completion.
(2)服务记录作为客户的档案资料，供客户及其供应商审计。
Produce control records for customers for review by customers and suppliers.
第四步：定期对客户进行回访和质量跟踪,把客户的意见反馈到日常工作中。
